We're looking for someone who will help our team build and maintain the best player experience by establishing, leading, and executing our QA pipeline; a problem solver and leader who advocates for player needs, helps guide our development team, and ensures the quality of our games meets our standards. Your experience will be essential in creating defined testing guidelines and carving a path to shipping our first title. Most of all, someone who enjoys working and collaborating with a diverse bunch of creative open-hearted people.


  • Develops and maintains the studio’s QA pipeline
  • Establish a QA bug database
  • Works with the development team to triage, test, report and regress bugs within games and dev tools
  • Provides guidance to the development team on testing needs
  • Supports production with pipeline and procedure analysis
  • Works with the development and partner teams to establish playtesting needs
  • Hires, trains, and mentors QA team
  • Works with the Production team to maintain and track essential game documentation required for testing
  • Supports front-facing QA communications with our external partners

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Experience leading a QA team
  • Experience working with a development team
  • Experience launching titles through an entire development cycle, from pre-production to CERT
  • Experience setting up bug databases
  • Experience writing and executing test plans from project goals

  • Experience leading a team through the CERT process
